The Board

Following the review of the Partnership in 2008 the membership of the Board changed.

Our Board now has 14 members drawn from across the public sector (such as the Police, health services and the Council), the business sector and the voluntary and community sector.

Each sector nominated the organisations to represent it on the Board and members are senior people from the following organisations:

The key task of the Board is to ensure delivery of the Sustainable Community Strategy.

The Board is Chaired by Cllr Nigel Ashton, Leader of North Somerset Council, with Chief Superintendent Kay Wozniak, District Commander Avon and Somerset Constabulary, as Vice Chair.

NSP Board meetings are held quarterly and the notes and papers from previous meetings are available.
