Delivery Partnerships

Our delivery partnerships prioritise the aims and improvements we want to see under the shared priorities through their action planning process. 

They are responsible for a range of performance indicators that support delivery of the Sustainable Community Strategy but, work together where appropriate to deliver relevant aims.

Each delivery partnership will consider tackling disadvantage and promoting equality of opportunity, as well as children and young people's issues and older people's issues, when developing their plans.
