Partnership Board
The Partnership Board has 20 members drawn from the public sector (such as Police, health services, Council), the business sector, the voluntary and community sector.
Each sector selects their own representatives and current members are senior people from the following organisations:

- North Somerset Council ( 2 members - the Leader of Council and the Chief Executive Officer)

The Board:
- Sets the strategic direction for the Partnership based on the vision within the Community Strategy
- Monitors the progress of the delivery partnership action plans
- Receives regular updates on the Neighbourhood Management Programme
- Monitors progress on the development of the Local Area Agreement
The Board is chaired by Councillor Nigel Ashton, Leader of North Somerset Council, and meets quarterly. Notes from previous meetings are available.
The Board has also set up sub-groups to tackle particular pieces of work. These include groups to oversee the development of:
- The Neighbourhood Management Programme
- The Local Area Agreement
- The Sustainable Community Strategy
