NSP Event - 'Delivering in changing times'

On 23 November 2009 an invited audience of almost 100 joined the NSP Board at the Winter Gardens for the NSP Annual Event - 'Improving our communities together - Delivering in changing times'.

Through a presentation and number of workshops delegates had the opportunity to:

• Hear how public sector financial pressures may impact on delivering the Sustainable Community Strategy
• Identify and consider opportunities for local partnership solutions under the themes of:
  • Health & Wellbeing
  • Safer Stronger Communities
  • Transport, Economy & Environment

There was also an opportunity to chat over a cup of tea or coffee and view several displays illustrating the work of the NSP, partners and associated delivery partnerships.
