National survey of charities and social enterprises
Has your organisation been contacted by the government's Office for Civil Society to take part in the National Survey of Charities and Social Enterprises?
A random sample of organisations are being invited to take part in this survey (previously titled National Survey of Third Sector Organisations). It was last conducted in 2008 and, with over 49,000 organisations responding gave a wealth of information that was used to improve the environment in which the voluntary and community and social enterpise sector operates.
Responding to the survey will continue to provide a wealth of information about various priorities such as how much money is going into the sector, relationships with the public sector and support the sector is receiving to successfully run their organisations. A good response rate is crucial to the success of the survey and the quality of information it provides.
Responses are needed by mid-December.
